The steering is excellent , immediate and light enough to be comfortable but with enough weight in the control to feel the car's movement. The suspension isn't as forgiving as others but this may be down to the run flat tyres that are standard with all BMW's now. All the above coupled with a very good stereo , climate control , a number of airbags around the cabin ad remote locking makes this an excellent drivers car.
The boot isn't the biggest so if you plan to regularly fit 5 suitcases in the boot , another car may be required. For all other use this car is very comfortable , and the interior is a stylish. Despite the boot not being as large as other comparable sized vehicles , there are 60/40 splitting rear seats opening up to the larger interior.
